About This Wine

Although this is a sparkling white wine, it is made only with the juices of the two black grape varieties of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes are carefully and gently pressed and in this case the skins are not included in the fermentation process hence there is no colour infusion in the wine.
