About This Wine
Although this wine is not made with the traditional grape blend, it is made using the traditional bottle fermentation method and aged on its lees for at least 5 years. This wine has a very fine and delicate mousse, with notes of brioche and a refreshing citrus finish and is considered to be a classically structured sparkling wine that lingers on the palate.
