About This Wine

Précoce is a grape that comes from Pinot Noir but it ripens earlier in the year. This is helpful for vineyards because they can harvest these grapes first and then the Pinot grapes later. Sharpham’s 2011 vintage is light with good structure and has a beautiful light ruby red colour as you pour it. It has a touch of oak and vanilla spice on the nose and red fruit, sweet spice with a touch of tobacco on the pallet.
