About This Wine
A refreshing Rosé produced in 2013 from Rondo grapes. Cold maceration for twenty-four hours on the skins gives a rich, bright ruby colour together with ripe, summer fruit flavours. This rare wine is soft and fruity and makes a great accompaniment to cold meats or fish.
Delicious with 'finger' and picnic style foods. A beautiful accompaniment to cold meats; such as salami and ham and sweeter meats such as pork and patés. Also, great with white fish.
